- If you attend and no further work is done, we refund your S$10. If you proceed with a service or repair, we credit it towards your bill and settle the remaining balance at the workshop. The diagnostic consultation itself is free.
- Please arrive at your booked time. We can hold your slot for a maximum of 45 minutes after your appointment time. After that, your slot will be released and treated as a missed appointment, and the S$10 deposit will be forfeited. If you are running late or need to reschedule, please contact us before your appointment.

What you get: a hands-on check and a straight initial read — a rough gauge of what's likely going on and what it would take to put right. The hour itself costs nothing. A full strip-down diagnosis with detailed findings is quoted separately if you choose to proceed with us.
